Delma H. Kinlaw, DDS, President - Cary,
North Carolina
Dr.
Kinlaw is one of the founding members of the Council of
Interstate Testing Agencies, Inc. Dr. Kinlaw was
raised in Henderson, North Carolina where his father was a
practicing dentist for nearly fifty years. Dr. Kinlaw began
his studies in dentistry in 1977 at the University of North
Carolina School of Dentistry, where he graduated in 1981 and
subsequently in that year received his license to practice
dentistry in North Carolina. He has maintained a practice in
general dentistry, with attention to cosmetics, in Cary,
North Carolina since 1981. Dr. Kinlaw has been considerably
involved in the regulation of the dental profession from
both a state and a national level. He served on the North
Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners for six years and
presently is employed in a part time capacity to that Board.
On the national level, Dr. Kinlaw is a past president of the
Coalition of Independent Testing Agencies, past Second Vice
President of the American Association of Dental Examiners
and also served as a Consultant Examiner for the North East
Regional Board. He is also a past member of the Board of
Directors of the American Board of Dental Examiners.
Dr. Kinlaw is one of the founding members of the Dental
Public Safety Committee. He is also a Fellow in the
Academy of Dentistry International and a Fellow of American
College of Dentists. |

W. Stan Hardesty, DDS, Vice-President -
Raleigh, North Carolina
Dr.
Hardesty is a founding member and incorporator of the Council of
Interstate Testing Agencies, Inc. Dr. Hardesty graduated from the
University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in 1993 and began
practicing general dentistry in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. He
relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina in 1994 where he currently
practices comprehensive general dentistry. Dr. Hardesty was
appointed as an adjunct clinical assistant professor at the UNC School of Dentistry and has served in that
capacity since 1996. In 2004, Dr. Hardesty was elected to the North
Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners where he served as Chairman of
Examinations from 2005-2006 and as Secretary-Treasurer for 2006-2007.
Dr. Hardesty is currently President of the NC State Board of Dental
Examiners. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the North
Carolina Caring Dental Professionals, the Raleigh/Wake County Dental Foundation
and a member of the Board of Directors for the UNC Dental Alumni
Association. Dr. Hardesty also served as President for the North
Carolina Academy of General Dentistry, as a Peer Review Mediator for the
Fourth District of the North Carolina Dental Society and as President of the
Raleigh/Wake County Dental Society from 2002-2003. Dr. Hardesty is a
former member of the Dental Assisting Advisory Board at Wake Technical
Community College and a former member of the Board of Directors for Artspace.
Dr. Hardesty was inducted as a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry
in 2001 and a Fellow of the American College of Dentists in 2007.
He is a member of White Memorial Presbyterian Church in Raleigh, NC.

Samuel
A. Trinca, DDS,

Monroe, Louisiana

Dr. Samuel A. Trinca is a graduate of the
the University of Arkansas. He received his DDS degree in general
dentistry from the University of Tennessee School of Dentistry in 1968.
Dr. Trinica has practiced general dentistry in Monroe, Louisiana for the
past 38 years and is currently a member of the Louisiana State Board of
Dentistry. He was nominated in August of 2006 to serve on the Council of
Interstate Testing Agencies Board of Directors as the Louisiana State
Board of Dental Examiners representative and he is also a member of the
American Dental Association.

Wayne Holland, DDS, Treasurer - Wilson, North Carolina
Dr. Holland is one
of the founding members of the Council of Interstate
Testing Agencies, Inc. He received a B.S. Degree from the U.N.C. School
of Pharmacy at Chapel Hill in 1970 and has held an R.Ph. license since
1971. Dr. Holland continued his education at UNC receiving his degree in
general dentistry in 1974. After graduating from dental school, Dr.
Holland established his dental practice in Wilson, North Carolina. He
served for several years as a Deputy Examiner for the North Carolina
State Board of Dental Examiners and was elected a member of the North
Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners in 1999 and was recently
elected to serve another three year term beginning August 1, 2006.
During his previous years on the Board, Dr. Holland served as
Secretary-Treasurer from 2002-2003 and President during the years
2003-2004. Dr. Holland also serves as a Board Member for the Medical
Security Insurance Company, of which, he is a past vice-president. He
is Past President of the Wilson All-American Kiwanis Organizations and
Committees and is actively involved in his Church. Dr. Holland is a
member of the North Carolina Dental Society, American Dental
Association, the Tar River Study Club and founding member and is Past
President of North Carolina Services for Dentistry, Inc., a for-profit
subsidiary of the North Carolina Dental Society. Dr. Holland is also a
Fellow in the American College of Dentists and a member of the Omicron
Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society. |

Stanley L. Allen, DDS - Greensboro, North Carolina
Dr.
Allen served as Past President of the North Carolina State Board of
Dental Examiners from 2005-2006. He has been a member of the North
Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners since August 1, 2001 and served
as Secretary-Treasurer from 2004-2005. Dr. Allen graduated from Howard
University in 1974. After receiving his dental degree, Dr. Allen
completed a two-year dental practice residency at Long Island Jewish
Hillside Medical Center in Queens, New York. He currently practices
general dentistry in Greensboro, North Carolina. Dr. Allen is a current
member of the North Carolina Dental Society and served as President of
the Third District from 1995-1996. He is also past-president and
current member of the Old North State Dental Society. Dr. Allen is also
a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Society
of Dental Anesthesiology, North Carolina Implant Associates Study Club,
Guilford County Dental Society, Greensboro Medical Society, Greensboro
Trauma Associates, Guilford County Wild Life Club, Episcopal Church of
the Redeemer and the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. |

Clifford O. Feingold, DDS - Asheville, North Carolina
Dr.
Feingold has lived in Asheville, NC since the age of three. He
graduated from Duke University in 1971 with a degree in chemistry and a
letter in soccer. He received his DDS degree from Emory University
School of Dentistry in 1976 and has been in private practice in
Asheville continuously since 1977. Dr. Feingold started serving as a
deputy examiner for the North Carolina State Board over twenty years
ago. He was president of the Buncombe County Dental Society, Meeting
Chairman of the NC Dental Society Annual Meeting in 2003, and was
elected to the NC State Board of Dental Examiners in 2005. Dr.
Feingold currently serves as the Chairman of Examinations for the NC
State Board of Dental Examiners. He is also on the advisory panel for
MAHEC, and has membership in the ADA, AADE, and AGD. He is team dentist
for and involved with several sports in Western North Carolina. |

Robert L. Smith, Jr., DDS - Hernando, Mississippi
Robert L. Smith, Jr., D.D.S. was appointed to the Board from
Mississippi's second dental district on July 1, 2005 for a six-year term
ending June 30, 2011. Born on January 25, 1953, Dr. Smith received his
dental degree from the University of Tennessee in 1981. After receiving
his dental degree, Dr. Smith began his private practice in Tupelo,
Mississippi and subsequently moved to Hernando, Mississippi where he has
been in private practice since 1982. Dr. Smith's professional
memberships include the American Association of Dental Examiners,
Southern Conference of Dental Deans and Examiners, American Dental
Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Mississippi Dental
Association, Mississippi Academy of General Dentistry, Pierre Fauchard
Academy, Tri-Lakes Dental Study Club, and an associate membership in the
Mississippi Dental Society.

Leo J.
DeRosier, DDS - Huntsville, Alabama

Dr. Leo J. DeRosier was nominated in August of 2006 to serve on the
Council of Interstate Testing Agencies Board of Directors as the Alabama
State Board of Dental Examiners representative. Dr. DeRosier
received his B.S. degree from the University of Florida in 1971 and
graduated from Emory University School of Dentistry in 1975. Dr.
DeRosier has been practicing dentistry in Huntsville, Alabama since
1975. He is past president of the Huntsville-Madison County Dental
Society and the Eight District Dental Society. Dr. DeRosier served
as Chairman of the North Alabama Peer Review Committee for several years
and has served on many community boards including the American Cancer
Society (past president) and the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club
of Huntsville. His professional memberships include the American
Dental Association, the Alabama Dental Association, Academy of General
Dentistry, American Association of Dental Examiners and the Southern
Conference of Dental Deans and Examiners.

Alvin L. Felts, Jr., DDS -
Pascagoula, Mississippi
Alvin
L. Felts, Jr., D.D.S. is serving as the Mississippi State Board
President from July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007, and he served as
Board Vice-President from July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006. Dr. Felts
was appointed to the Mississippi Dental Board from Mississippi's fifth
dental district on July 1, 2003 for a six-year term ending June 30,
2009. Born on September 30, 1937, Dr. Felts received his dental degree
from Loyola University in 1966. After receiving his dental degree, Dr.
Felts served in the United States Navy until 1968, at which time he went
into private practice in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Dr. Felts'
professional memberships include the American Association of Dental
Examiners, Southern Conference of Dental Deans and Examiners, American
Dental Association, Mississippi Dental Association, Academy of General
Dentistry, American College of Dentists, and Pierre Fauchard Academy.
This is Dr. Felts' second appointment to the Mississippi Dental Board.
Dr. Felts served on the Mississippi Dental Board from July 1, 1990
through June 30, 1995, during which time he served as Board Secretary. |

Rhonda C. Harper, RDH - Pass Christian, Mississippi

Rhonda C. Harper,
R.D.H. was appointed to the Board as Mississippi's state-at-large dental
hygiene member on July 1, 2003 for a six-year term ending June 30, 2009.
Born on February 25, 1960, Ms. Harper received her dental hygiene degree
from the University of Mississippi in 1980. After receiving her dental
hygiene degree, Ms. Harper engaged in the private practice of dental
hygiene with various general dentists and periodontists. Ms. Harper's
professional memberships include the American Association of Dental
Examiners, Southern Conference of Dental Deans and Examiners, American
Dental Hygienists' Association, and Mississippi Dental Hygienists'
Association.
